2. Information We Collect Automatically from Third-Party Providers:

When you connect a provider account (e.g., a Facebook Page), we sync and store the following information from that provider:

• Channel Information: Your page/channel ID, name, and other channel-related data provided by the provider (e.g., page category).
• Conversations and Messages: We import your conversations, including messages, sender/receiver information (contact name and ID), timestamps, and message content.
• Posts: We import your channel's posts, including captions, media, and engagement metadata.
• Contact Information: We store information about the contacts you interact with, including their name and external provider ID.

3. Information from Webhooks:

We receive real-time updates from providers via webhooks, which may include:

• New messages and posts.
• Message status updates (e.g., delivered, read).
• Reactions to your messages.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To Provide and Maintain Our Service: To display your channels, conversations, and messages, and to enable you to send and receive messages.
• To Sync Your Data: To keep your information up-to-date with the connected third-party providers.

  • We use a third-party AI service to transcribe audio and video attachments you choose to process.
  • We store your attachments in a secure cloud storage (S3) and generate secure links for you to access them.

• With Third-Party Providers: We share information with your connected providers to send messages and sync data on your behalf. For example, when you send a message to a Facebook contact, we send the message content to Facebook's API.

  • Cloud Storage (S3): To store file attachments.
  • AI Services: To transcribe audio/video files when you initiate a transcription. The audio/video file is sent to the service for processing.
• For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. This includes storing authentication tokens securely and using secure connections. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
